High Vis Parka is completely weather-proof because it is designed to exceed all regulations set forth by ANSI/ISEA 107-2010. Further protection from the elements is provided by the handwarmer pockets and roll-up hood. It comes with internal chest pockets to store some supplies. Ventilation is provided by the side zippers. There are even mic clips on the shoulders. Naturally any effective high-visibility parka requires 3M Scotchlite reflective tape for safety.
