60 Day Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your LAPG purchase, you may return your order to us for a store credit, refund, or an exchange. To start a new return, click below.

4 Simple Steps: 


1. Click "Submit New Return" button above. 

2. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your new return. You will receive your FedEx return shipping label. A $12 label fee may apply, which will be deducted from your store credit, refund, or exchange order. 

3. Package up your return. All you need to include in your return package is the merchandise (which is in its original, brand-new condition and its original packaging) and the included RMA page that prints out after your FedEx label. 

4. Drop off your return at any FedEx location or FedEx drop-off location! 


We will process your return as soon as possible once we receive your package. Sometimes this can take up to 1-2 weeks, but we strive to process returns as quickly as possible. 

Exchange & Refund Information:


If you would like to perform an exchange, you can submit your exchange order when submitting your new return. You will be able to select the same item in a new variant (color, size, or option), or any other item we sell and currently have in stock. If you submitted an exchange, your new exchange order will be created once the return is received back and processed on our side. Any additional balance owed will be collected at that time. 


As soon as we receive and process your return, we will process the return and either issue a store credit to you, a refund, or process your exchange or replacement order. Less the $12 return label fee, if applicable. Please note that we can only issue refunds to your credit card within 45 days of the original payment date. If you send back a return that is 45 days or more after the original shipment date, you will be automatically issued a store credit even if you selected a refund during the return process.


If you selected store credit, you will receive your store credit code in your email confirming the return is complete and finalized. This store credit code is good for 90 days on anything at or in store at our retail locations. 


Please note, your return may take up to 1-2 weeks to be processed after your return label tracking shows the package as delivered.




Boots must be returned in the original box, which also CANNOT be used as the shipping box. You must ship the boots back in the original packaging, inside another box.


There are only a few reasons we cannot accept an item back, and those are for health, safety, or hygiene concerns: Pepper Spray, Body Armor, Underwear, and in-ear hearing protection are not eligible for return. Click here for more details.


Other Notes: 


LA Police Gear does not refund the original shipping charge (when applicable).


If the original credit card has expired by the time of refund, a store credit will be issued instead. 


Unless otherwise stated directly by LA Police Gear, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping label fee. Your refund will be deducted for the return shipping label fee ($12), unless your item was defective or LAPG shipped it wrong. 


If you received any promotional item(s) with your order, and you need to return the item(s) that earned you those promotional item(s), you will also need to include the promotional item(s) with your return.


Receive a defective item? Please click "Submit New Return" above and select "Damage" for the return reason. You will not be charged for the return shipping label fee.
