The inside is lined not only with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) to improve water resistance, but as many pockets as your heart could desire - seven to be exact. Two microfiber-lined pockets on the outside of the top flap give you a spot for your phone and sunglasses, while the mesh pockets surround the length inside for other items. Underneath the bag you will find another large zipper, which once opened, reveals a stow-away area containing two well-padded backpack straps that pull out and clip to two loops on the bottom, giving you another mode of carry for your bag. The bag is large enough to carry any standard plate carrier, boots, your choice of helmet and other smaller gear - all at the same time. Two internal straps along with four external straps give you the ability to cinch the bag down onto itself should you not need all the space provided, helping it maintain the smallest necessary profile.Bottom line, it's LAPG quality: it feels very solid and strong when handling it, the zippers glide smoothly with no extra fabric to get caught up in, all the stitching is reinforced, and it has more than enough room for your gear.
