Standard
"It is hard to rate this product if you haven't used it. Thankfully, I have not been in a position to use it but it is great to have. Comes with standard supplies you would need to apply on yourself or other. The only issue I have come across with this particular IFAK is that sometimes the buttons unbuckle with the molle. Other than that, it is great to have on you."

Awesome product
"I have a Sig 250 Compact 45acp. And I am left-handed, I couldn't find a holster nowhere for three wks. Cabelas had one lefty holster , all right hand were gone. Yes the screws and other parts could be better made. But 50 bucks"

Great IFAK, small size
"I have a Sig Sauer P320 and other than Safariland, hard to find a holster with an attached light, so I thought I'd try the Omnivore. So this is a thumbdrive holster, and it does NOT have a chop block nor do I see one offered as an accessory. I tried to mount this holster to a Blackhawk duty belt loop and the screws are the wrong size to match, so duty and thigh holsters are NOT an option. If you are looking for a duty holster, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a holster with an attached light, (and perhaps a red dot like an RMR or Romeo 1) will use for CCW or plain clothes assignment where retention is not a major factor, this might be a decent choice. This is definitely not a rough & tumble type holster to make your choice accordingly."

IFAK
"I bought the light-bearing model (TLR1/2) and it does what its supposed to. It is a big holster with level 2 retention. Almost big enough to be a duty holster, but without the necessary retention to make it an appropriate duty holster. That said, it is perfect for admin carry or range officers. With some practice, drawing and holstering become quick and effortless. The holster I got fits pistols with TLR1 and TLR2 lights. If you use a TLR1, install the included spacer, otherwise the gun will wobble a fair amount while holstered.
The handguns I've tried are:
Glock 19
Glock 22
Glock 30
Sig 1911 w/rail (has ambi safety, fits perfectly)
Sig SP2022
Springfield XD9 4
Springfield XD40 4"

"A hard thing to rate, especially if you haven't had the opportunity to use it; and I hope I never do. Here's what I CAN tell you. I've been exposed to this product (not deliberately) during a test release of an expired canister. Being quite aware of my surroundings (wind direction especially), I tested this on a windless day and pointed it away from myself as much as possible. Held my breath and everything. I was still exposed somehow to enough to cause me to experience uncontrollable coughing, burning skin, and watering eyes. Mind you, the symptoms were far from severe, but nevertheless, they impressed me. And the thing was, I was not even aware I was exposed until the symptoms began; no smell or visual detection, and I was paying attention for it! I can only imagine, if one was exposed by direct contact, it would be debilitating. I have carried this product (and the bear form) for probably 20 years. Never had to use it. It would be wise though; to expect to be exposed yourself, to some degree, during an encounter. Also wise to make every effort to avoid getting into a situation where you have to use it., in the first place."
