Lightweight
"It is lightweight carrier moderately well made. Back of the carrier has mesh and doesn’t appear to be fabric reinforced.
It will work with lightweight soft plates, but for ceramic/metal plates I would look for something more sturdier.
The problem, accordingly to description it should fit 11x14 plates and it doesn’t.
Buy this only for 10x12 plates."

Depends on if your plates fit.
"My thin metal 11x14 plates would not fit in it. If you have 10x12 plates then it seems like it would be a great and affordable option. Unfortunately, it just didn't work for my uses.
It should also be noted that LAPG handled the return without issue."

Will not fit 11x14
"I bought this for 11x14 vism IIIa plates. This would not fit 11x14 plates.
The plate carrier is very light weight as it's lightly constructed.
I would trust this product to hold up to steel or heavy ceramic armor."

It works!
"I’ve never used a plate carrier for real world situations. I have a couple of Red Rock sling bags I use for short hikes. I bought this carrier to use when playing airsoft with my 10 year old grandson. What can I say…to be almost 60 I enjoy THINKING I can still run and gun! This carrier was a great price,does what I need it to, and most importantly allows me to spend time with my grandson doing something we both enjoy."
