What size is the section of this elbow pad that wraps around to attach with Velcro? That part is not shown in the photo. From what material is that section made? My concern is the comfort against skin when the elbow is bent. Is there an "under flap" to protect the Velcro from coming in contact with the skin? Is the Velcro ever against the skin of the inner elbow?: The straps on these are 9.5î and the part that would be in contact with the user would be a fleece-like material.
