what is the thickness of the belt does it fit through standard belt loops easily?: Yes this should fit through most standard belt loops.
What are the sizes?: Hello! I'm sorry for the delay if this was not yet answered. I have requested our IT Dept update the item page. here are the sizes: Sizes S (28" - 34") M (34" - 40") L (40" - 46") XL (46" - 52")
Does this belt have the sticky Velcro on it or is it the soft? My duty belt has the soft on it. Got a new duty belt and none of my inner belts will stick to it.: This is the scratchy side.
