"This light is great for short distance. Meaning building clearing operations, etc, combined with a decent NVG, it will enhance (in IR mode) in confined areas. The 3 settings are good for battery conservation. Also works good in low light operations. Tough light, I've banged it around, dropped it, been rained/snow/ice and it keeps on working. Can be added on to a helmet or molle it up. Get creative on where you rig it up."
