This LAPG Level IV Ceramic Armor Plate is manufactured in the U.S. using a ceramic strike face with a Kevlar pressed backer. These plates provide the highest level of protection available in personal body armor. Level IV plates are capable of stopping armor piercing rounds, tested and proven to stop .30-06 AP. They not only stop the armor piercing round, but also limit backface deformation.
This is a single curve, shooter's cut plate. It makes for a very comfortable fit and is angled just right to give you excellent freedom of movement.
This rifle plate is the perfect combination of protection, lifespan, and price. With a warranty period of 10 years, we maximize the value received with our Level IV plate. This US Made Level IV Armor is independently tested to NIJ 0101.06 standards by NTS-Chesapeake, which is an NIJ-approved testing facility accredited by NVLAP and A2LA to ISO 17025.
