The Ka-Bar Knives TDI Knife Holster Clip fits all TDI and TDI/Hinderer fixed-blade knives (except the LDK 1478BP and 2484), the Becker Necker BK11, the Becker/ESEE Eskabar BK14, and the Becker/ESEE D'Eskabar BK24 (discontinued). Sold with fasteners for mounting. Fits maximum belt height of 1.75", width of 1.25" and thickness of 0.25". Use T6 Torx Wrench to change fasteners.

will this clip fit a1.5 inch 511 belt series 59409
I pulled both of those items from our warehouse to test fit that for you and it fits just fine. There is about a little less than half inch space between the belt and the clip leftover, but i do not believe that will affect retention of the clip.
Will this also work for the Becker BK11 sheath?
we do not show that it would fit correctly as it was designed for the TDI holster
