Preparation & Storage

Remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber before beginning food preparation. Remove brûlée sugar topping packet and set aside. Add 3/4 cup (180 mL) of cold water to filling mix. Beat briskly with two forks for 2 minutes. Sprinkle brulee sugar topping over top of filling. Let sit for 10 minutes. Rehydration time doubles every 5,000 feet of elevation gain. Our directions are set for 5,000 feet. Best By Date on packaging is 10 years from manufacturing date.
