Backpacker's Pantry Creme Brulee is as tasty as it is convenient. Simply mix three quarters of a cup of water with the creme brulee powdered mix. You can keep it in the bag or pour it into a bowl. Let sit for ten minutes, then top with our burnt sugar. No blow torch required! This dessert is the perfect way to treat yourself after a day full of outdoor activities.

Preparation & Storage
Remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber before beginning food preparation. Remove Brule sugar topping packet and set aside. Add 3/4 cup (180 mL) of cold water to filling mix. Beat briskly with two forks for 2 minutes. Sprinkle brulee sugar topping over top of filling. Let sit for 10 minutes. Rehydration time doubles every 5,000 feet of elevation gain. Our directions are set for 5,000 feet. Best By Date on packaging is 10 years from manufacturing date.
