Designed to aid in the rapid, positive application of Tri-Fold Disposable Restraints to a large number of subjects during a civil disturbance or military operation. The compact and secure Tri-Fold Pull provides a firm grip for quick unquestioned control of a subject. Once deployed, the Pull is easily removed and reused.
