Do these MREs come with the Flameless Heater Bags?
No, those are now considered hazardous material and the only place you would be able to find them nowadays is on the surplus market. No heaters with these.
How many calories are in each "meal" of this product?
I contacted the manufacturer and these are standard MREs but unfortunately the are sent at random so they could not provide the nutrition information.
do i need to heat these meals up or can i just eat on the go
These do still require some preparation to eat however you won't need to build a fire or carry additional supplies with you to use this.
