Do these pants have Teflon finish?
5.11 does not advertise this as having a Teflon finish, so it does not appear so. They do highlight the rip stop fabric having a Durable Water Repellent finish though. The 5.11 team may be able to answer you on exactly what that means.
Do these pants have the waist that is supposed to fit up around your belly button? I'm not sure of the proper name, but my issued 5.11 Tac pants have the high waist that never stays up. they slide down to your waist, causing the crotch to hang low, and make it difficult to run.
yes these pants do sit up a bit higher but as well feature a band on the inside of the waist band that is suppose to help the pants stay up and as well keep shirts tucked in. we do not think you would have an issue with these pants.
WHATS THE UNHEMMED LENGTH OF THE SIZE 40 B CLASS PANT
unhemmed pants come with a 37 inch inseam so they would need some tailoring to get them to the right length for you.

The difference would be the blend of the material as well how the fabric is treated
