It does not. If you specifically want to attach gear to MOLLE webbing, you will need a separate MOLLE-compatible adapter or clip system. Wilder sells separate MOLLE belt clip adapters for MOLLE-backed gear, but those do not appear to be listed as included with the low-ride QLS setup.
Can you take the leg straps off of the holster?
