Designed to have a more comfortable performance fit while holding standard plates, an emergency drag handle, quick cinch adjustments for the front and hook and loop adjustments on the shoulders, the Condor Sentry is perfect for rapid response situations.

"Worth the price, but the pull tabs to tighten the waist tab are not easy to manipulate. Stitching is also mediocre so heavy use of it could become a problem. If you just need a plate carrier for a AS Kit or Bug out bag, this would be fine."

Will it carry your LAPG level IV plates in the 11X14 size?: No, this plate carrier only accepts Medium or Large ESAPI plates up to 10.25inch x 13.25inch
Can it take or work well with curved 10x12 plates?: I'm sorry, I have not tested that, but I would believe these would fit. The carrier Accepts Medium or Large ESAPI plates upto 10.25inch x 13.25inch.
