"This light is Great! I carry it as my Handheld EDC paired to a THYRM switchback. It has enough juice to blind anyone on the opposing end and also has a low light setting for more general search activities. I work in aviation and on an Aircraft hangar i can clearly shine and see the roof rafters which are over 100ft above."

Great Duty Flashlight

"Purchased for use as Police Officer. Carry daily for use during day and night. Performs well. Provides excellent light in outdoor and indoor areas. One handed operation while wearing gloves or not. My only complaint comes from LA Police Gears description which says the flashlight accepts the 18650 Battery. This flashlight does not accept the 18650 battery (too big) and Streamlight's official page for this flashlight states it only accepts CR123 batteries only--NOT RECHARGEABLE. Highly frustrating. I purchased this flashlight and the Streamlight 18650 charger kit approximately 2 years ago, mainly because it could accept the rechargeable batteries that could be charged on the go in my patrol unit. Excellent light limited only by the battery options. If you don't mind buying CR123 batteries constantly then this is a great flashlight. I will continue to buy the batteries for now."
