The Handbag (RIHB-100) is a hand size bag made from 1000lb denier cordura and has an attached D-ring and a 1" polypropylene strap which utilizes a hook and loop closure system.

When used with the Forensic Liner* (RIHB-300), law enforcement can preserve any forensic evidence that may exist on a subject's hands and fingernails, creating an undeniable chain of evidence.
