Shoes worth running in.

"I already had a pair of these shoes and needed a second pair for future use. I'm police officer who needed a pair of work shoes that had both great traction and flexible enough to comfortably run in. When the annual Peace Officer's Physical Agility Test comes around, these are the shoes I feel most comfortable running the course in. These shoes are comfortable for everyday work wear. For off duty wear, when I go hiking or hunting, I wear Merrell shoes so it was an easy choice for me to choose a pair of Merrell shoes that would fit the need for police work."

Looks Awesome But Not Made Right

"I purchased a pair of Merrell Boots similar to these a couple of years ago in a 10.5 Medium size and they ended up being a little tighter than anticipated. Fast forward to now and I find these in a 10.5 Wide and they are a bit too wide. Other reviews reflect the same thing. I love the way they look. I just wish there was some consistency in the way they are made."

Perfect Fit, No Break-in Required, Very Comfortable

"I've been wearing Merrell MOAB hiking boots for years as my everyday footwear and light hiking duties. When I found out Merrell was making all black MOABs suitable for duty use, I had have a pair....or two. I have the all fabric version as well as this model with the leather, shineable (sorta) toe. They fit perfectly and so comfortable out of the box that no break-in is required. Just wear them for a shift and their broken in. Buy a pair, or two.....you won't regret it."
