Great foot wear

Great Tac Boot

"I’d say they run a tad small; I had to return for the next size up as my toes were touching instead of being free in the toe box, and my size is typically always the same. Nonetheless, I wanted this boot and went with the exchange. Called in order to get the same pricing and LAPG was good to get me taken care of. So far, the boot is just what I desired as a waterproof, leather-toed (for ability to apply boot polish for maintenance and less likely to come apart at seams), and the zippered sides bc I prefer to be able to just slip them on/off. As is typical with most of my footwear, the insole necessitates an upgrade but WalkHero’s for $20 on Amazon are fantastic and offer the arch support I need. With the insoles installed, they feel very comfortable and no doubt will improve as they wear in. All of these considerations aside, these are just what I was looking for at a price point I can be happy with."

Durable work boot

"Very comfortable boot. I can stand at the range all day without my back or feet hurting. Its a very durable boot that stands up to tuff conditions, but doesn't feel too heavy. I like that the selections include wide widths. Highly recommend."

Nice boots, not very comfortable

"I bought these waterproof boots for police work and they're my first Merrell boot. I'm not sure if they have a strange break-in period, but the insoles feel almost lumpy. I've tried similar Merrels afterward, which they feel fine."

"I have only them a few weeks but they fit great right out of the box. My feet feel good at the end of the day I have always had good luck the merrell so we will see how long they last"

Merrell MOAB Tac Boots

"If you like comfortable feet, buy these boots. I've been struggling with heel pain for a year now, and have had to move away from my beloved Danner's because of it. The Merrell MOAB Tactical Response has a cushioned heel cup and plenty of arch support. I've never liked zipper boots until now. You can't tell they are side zip boots, no slipping, no zipper going down, no seepage at the zipper. I've worn these for about a month of night shift patrol work. I think I've found my forever boot. Certified waterproof by me. The tread looks a little goofy to me, but it sure works. Wet grass, mud, concrete and slick linoleum have been met with nary a slip. The price of these boots is more than fair considering what you get. I'm a big fan."
