"I absolutely loved them for the first 3 weeks. The fit was great the comfort was great. The ease of taking them on and off with the zipper side is definitely awesome! But as of about a week ago I started to hear a squeak in the heel of the left boot. I thought it was just bc they were wet bc it was raining, but no. It’s still with me a week later. Every time my left heel presses down it let out a squeak that makes me absolutely crazy. Other then that… they’re an amazing product, and LAPG is a great site that handles all there business with 1st class service. And always great deals"

Great comfort and support

"These boots are kind of narrow but extremely comfortable. They are at least 2 years old at this point so plastic rot is a possible issue. I bought 5 pairs assuming that vibram might plastic rot slower and 2 pairs have chunks broken off the lugs from rocky Arizona trails. One review talked about the zipper, they do need to be beeswaxed or they feel like they could break easily. May be the most comfortable boot I've ever worn. It's too bad Merrell doesn't make these anymore."

Comfortable and waterproof boots

"I normally wear 12 or 13's and purchased the 13's. They fit great and are very comfortable. I wore them yesterday and they did well in the slush and snow melt. I stood around in the water without anything getting inside of the boots. I'm glad I bought these when I did. I wish the low-tops were available for summer, but I guess I will just have to wait and keep an eye on the site and see if they get a new shipment."

Merrell Moab 2 8" is what height?
Pulled a size 12 off the shelf to measure and it was 8.25" from the floor to the highest point.
Does it have safety toe
They have a protective and abrasion resistant rubber toe cap.
I typically go for a wide boot in case the normal fit is too narrow. Can anyone tell my if the standard width is more narrow than normal?
If you normally wear a wide, would order wide.
