"First, you’re forced to buy 2 cans of this. My previous experience with the pre cleaner is it evaporates quickly after opening. There’s no saving this product once you open it. One time use. I got my package. Immediately knew something was off. One can felt heavier than the other. I weighed them BOTH individually on my kitchen food scale. One can weighed 4.3oz and the other one weighed 5.8. There’s supposed to be 4oz of product in this (not counting the weight of the can itself). So I knew I got jipped on one can at least. Both cans were unopened and still sealed shut so nothing should have been able to evaporate. I reached out to customer service. Told me to return for a refund. I didn’t bother since I needed this pre cleaner since it’s the only thing I know that works with leather luster. Great product but they really need to do something about quality control."
