The G-Shock BLE Gray Training Watch is a water resistant, digital model that features a multi-segment display to improve readability and operation while engaged in activities. The LCD is divided into upper, middle, and lower sections, and there is a digital dial in the upper right. Each display area shows different, measurement, timekeeping, and other information, which provides useful data about your daily activities. A metal front button and vapor deposition face add elegant colors for striking designs.
Function wise, the BLE Watch links with the G-SHOCK Connected app to provide access to a number of functions that enhance your workouts. Daily health and fitness support functions include a 3-axis accelerometer that keeps track of your step count, a Multi-Timer that lets you create up to 20 timer combinations of five timers each, and memory for up to 200 lap records. The app also makes it possible to maintain step count logs with five exercises intensity levels, to calculate calories you burn.

Timer (Repeat 60 Min)
Counts down from a start time specified by you. The value indicates the number of timers available, while the time figure indicates the maximum starting time. "REPEAT" indicates Auto Repeat, which automatically restarts timing at the end of each countdown

The tone that sounds to signal a mode change or other operation can be turned on and off
Water Resistant (20 BAR)
The "BAR" value indicates the number of atmospheres to which water resistance is ensured. 20 BAR means water resistance to 20 atmospheres. Watches marked "200m" have the same water resistance as 20 BAR watches

A light emitting diode is used to illuminate the face/display. Super Illuminator uses high-brightness LED for easier reading
Daily Alarm, Hourly Time Signal (5)
The daily alarm sounds each day at the time you set. The value indicates how many alarms are available. The hourly time signal causes the watch to beep every hour on the hour
