Depending on which style you want they will be different sizes since the badges they are meant to hols are different shapes.
You've got two questions about sizing and one review that mentions sizing. Please go back to the warehouse, measure each one of these badge holders, and provide those measurements in the drop-down descriptions.
I only have a few of these in stock to be able to check for you - Model # U22BZG7Z0 2.75" inside diameter Model # U22BZG2Z0 2.5" Length x 1.5" width <= That one is a shield so it's a little different, the width is the thinnest part of the mid shield. Both of those were measured by the recessed part of the badge holder to avoid confusion. Hope that helps!
What style do I use for a standard eagle over shield badge? I have no idea what most of the listed badges are shaped like.

No, the photo is not the actual size of the badge since everyone's monitor can be a different size, therefore the picture will be a different size.
