Backpacker's Pantry Pad Thai with Chicken is made with the same delicious rice noodles, veggies, spicy and sweet sauce, with hints of garlic as the basic Pad Thai, but with the addition of chicken. Then you add in peanut butter and at the very end, crunchy roasted peanuts for crunch and flavor. Now it also comes with a lime and house-blended Sriracha packet so you can make it your own. It's still gluten-free and like all of our gluten-free meals, it's tested to 20 ppm so you won't be left wondering if you're getting only the good stuff. Just add 2 1/4 cups of boiling water and wait 20 minutes.
