What size should I order if I wear a size 40 waist?: I contacted Aker regarding your request and they recommend that you measure a belt that you are currently using from the center hole (the hole you are most comfortably wearing) to the buckle. That's how they measure their sizes, so if you were to order a 40" it should have additional 2" up to 42" from what I understand.
