No this does use molle to attach on the back and does not have Hook or loop
Will this pouch hold Glock 21 mags?
yes this is a universal style magazine holder so it will adjust to your magazine just fine.
Will these hold Glock 30 mags?
The flap will not close over the mags due to the mags are to long.
