Good watch
"Nice idea. As they said, holds a minimum level of trauma supplies. To keep the rectangular form factor, I am able to pack it with a SWAT-T, 4 Israeli, NAR compressed gauze, triangular bandage and small EMT shears. If you don't mind trapezoidal shapes, you could get more into it.
The downside I found, is that it is difficult to extract from any pouch with a zipper. It has a relatively stiff backing, so has to be wiggled and maneuvered out. You really don't want to fight with this when you need it. I think a double stack rifle mag pouch or something similar (radio pouch?) with a hook&loop flap would work. Still looking for something with the right dimensions."
