Nice pants

"Nice comfortable well made pair of pants. Ordered my regular size, fits great, still room for long underwear in the winter, first day wearing them I am pleased. I buy outdoor pants that fit, keeps the stuff in my pockets and does not tear if I slip down a hill, and are comfy in all four seasons. The ankle snaps are the main reason I tried these pants-ticks are a real problem where I hang out. Otherwise do not really care about all the "tactical" features. Pants of this type are for fishing, working etc when outdoors. If the pockets hold a couple extra things that is fine. Wearability and not tearing or wearing out quickly counts more than anything for me. Could I suggest they come in some lighter colors-living in tick country that is kind of important. Maybe making the same style with ripstop 100% cotton or supplex nylon would be better-these make swishy noises when you walk. Oh, ADD ANOTHER INCH TO THE ZIPPER OK? All together though these really work for me, ordered a second pair."

Outdoor pants

"Not as heavy as some of reviews suggest. Very comfortable , don't have the low baggy crotch that too many pants have these day's . Boot lace hook may be use full for motorcycle riding but also may snag on your toe getting in to them."

The Best I've Tried So Far...

"Love them... they fit slim... would be cool with extra sap pocket in the rear for knife... but love the extra air where it's needed."

Best hiking pants I ever had.

"I use these for search & rescue work in the Gila Forest of New Mexico. They are warm, rugged and have loads of pockets. They fit well, although I am small and a runner and they might be slightly small for bigger guys. Bought a second pair cause I liked them so much."

Defective design

"I ordered 2 pairs. Both had a zippered back pocket. over a quarter of an inch of that metal zipper end stuck out inside the pants against my skin. Both were the same so this defective zipper seems to be a factory fault. I sent a picture with the returned pants. 17 dollars i paid return postage plus the original postage. hopefully you will correct it and refund my postage. you need to lose that zippered pocket it doesnt work."
