"I am 6'1" 195 lbs I wear a large and this shirt fits well and is comfortable. Have not had it long enough to judge long term wear. I usually buy LAPG Operators Polo, but they were out of stock in the color I wanted, so bought this instead. Collar size is just right compared to the the LAPG Operator Polo which were always a bit tight. Will buy more."
