Very handy ad-on to Rush packs

"I got this as an ad-on to the front of my Rush 24, as there's not much in the way of pen slots in it. I've got about 8 or so pens and hi-lighters in this just on the one side, and they fit comfortably. The actual pen slots are a bit narrow and don't flex much, so my UZI self defense/handcuff key pen don't fit, nor do my more ergonomic gel pens, but my Cross (upper class) pens, hidden knife pens and standard office size fit fine. And the wall behind the loops are great for the others, even if the clips go over the loops. I still have pens in some of the loops that are partially covered. The other side is nice for gadgets, though I don't personally trust mine right out on the edge like that. My one other complaint besides the loops is that it's a bit thin; I can't quite get my mini-maglight and 2 layers of pens to zip shut. But that's understandable. My work nametag which is one of those fancy 2 piece magnetic ones, and the 2 layers of pens zips just fine. The straps on the back aren't quite long enough to braid in the MOLLE system, but a D Ring/carabiner clip at the top and going through one or two sets with the straps works great for me. Excellent buy! And the American flag on it is the tactical hook & loop velcro, so it's removable and interchangable."

I placed my order for this product way back on Dec 13, 2014.....today is January 2, 2015 & no news? do you have any idea when it's going to be restocked? losing patience. and I hope you saw my note: the U.S. must be grey scale. DO NOT send me a green flag like all my co-workers got.
we do apologize about the delay with the condor product at this time the manufacture has had a bit of a delay with production due to the holidays but they are currently working on production to get caught up and we are hoping to get these in stock in the next 1-2 weeks. as for the color i do apologize but condor sends these out pre packaged with the flag already packaged up with the item and unfortunately for the black color pouch they do only come with the green flag and not a grey one and we are unable to make changes to this. we do apologize. if you would like to make any changes to your order please just give us a call at 866-793-1911 or email us at CS@lapolicegear.com
What size notebook best fits? Example a 3x5 rite in the rain notebook Top spiral or side spiral?
We recommend a top spiral or a bounded notebook for this pouch. A 3" x 5" would work fine

Does it come with Molle to connect to bags, etc
Yes it does, the two straps you see pictured on the back have snaps at the bottom that allow you to attach to MOLLE.
Is the outside mesh pocket large enough to fit a pair of standard chained handcuffs?
yes this pocket is able to fit a pair of standard chain cuffs but we were unable to fully close the pocket up to secure the cuffs in the pocket. we do apologize.
