"Lets me keep information on all of my patients as I encounter them, and is a clean and easy way to keep documentation. I especially enjoy the notes section on the next page so any other pertinent information can be written down that can't be put on the report legally(such as if they were intox and I wanted to remember that if it went to court)."

"I have utilized these notebooks for EMS, SAR, training in inclement weather remote areas with long evac times. No generic knock offs for me. Rite in the rain will forever be the got to notebook for any activity I am engaging in regardless! Excellent! I recommend it to new EMT pups as wel as it helps them remember what they need to be asking and writing down for report, until the are confident enough to be a an EMT without having to refer to book for all."
