Not for patrol...

"Do not buy this boot if you are in the field. Yes it is definitely lightweight but offers little ankle support. This boot is fine if you're light duty, work a desk, or admin position. Disappointing product from Oakley; their older models were much better quality field approved boots."

Great Lightweight Duty Boots

"I wear these on duty almost every day. Much lighter than my Red Wings but no safety toe. The outer soles aren't as soft as Vibram soles but much softer than 5.11 soles. These are great in the summer time."

"I previously gave this Oakley boots a very high review last year, but after breaking them in for several months, I need to change it to The WORST BOOTS I've ever had. The initial comfort goes out the window after the break in process. No ankle support, very poor grip, and the cushioning wears off after a few months. I don't know what's wrong with these boots that even after changing the insoles twice they are still very uncomfortable. It's like standing and walking on a rock!!! Do yourself a favor and do not buy this boots."

Solid Light weight boot

"Been wearing my pair for about 2 months now. They seem to be holding up well and are incredibly light. My only complaint is the area near the bottom of the tongue frequently binds if it's not tightened just right. This causes my socks to pull super tight and then I have to reset the entire boot."

Don't waste your time.

"Previous reviews were not accurate. I've been wearing boots all my life and these are by far some of the worst. Very disappointed, I thought Oakley would have done better. These boots feel like an old jungle boot with no ankle support and poor cushioning. Under Armor, 5.11, and Bates are much better options for comfort and stability. If you plan on using these on the streets....DON'T."

Great Boots

"I've waited a few months to write this review so I could see how they hold up before so. I love these boots. They've held up well, but the front of the boot scuffed up very quickly. These are comfy and light, so much so that I wear them off duty and even to the gym because my normal everyday wear shoes are now obsolete."
