There were a few key goals in mind when designing the BFE Stretch Tactical Pant. We wanted to make a tough, comfortable, practical, and stylish pant. All while not over-inflating the costs. The BFE tactical pant checks every box! First, we had to start with the right fabric. This stretch pant utilizes a blend of 67% polyester/33% cotton.

We then made sure to bring in all the key features you need, without any extra fluff you don’t need. This pant features a total of 11 pockets, each designed for key purposes:

  • (2) Front Pockets - Angled To Allow For Clipping And Deep Enough For Whatever You Need To Carry
  • (2) Zippered Cargo Pockets - Complete With Interior Organization For Magazines, Tourniquets, Or Any Other EDC Items
  • (2) Rear Hip Pockets - Perfect Size For Rifle Mags, Cell Phones, Etc.
  • (2) Rear Patch Pockets - Open Top For Quick Access To Your Wallet Or Other Items
  • (1) Dedicated Knife, Tool, Or Light Pocket - On Right Hip
  • (1) Dedicated Knife, Tool, Or Light Pocket - On Left Hip
  • (1) Hidden Handcuff Key Pocket - In Rear Center Belt Loop

These men's stretch tactical pants have a very flattering and comfortable athletic fit. It gives you plenty of room where you need it without being baggy.

Look at home in the field and stay professional in the office. These pants function in any setting, no matter where you are.

The stretch fabric is amazingly comfortable and moves with you due to the special composition and the articulated points. All this while being tough thanks to reinforced construction and bar tacks in key areas, a gusseted crotch, 7 belt loops, and a YKK locking brass zipper.

We managed to pack in this amazing fabric and all of these features into men's stretch tactical pants for almost half the price of other comparable pants.

Reviews

Nice Pants. Not for muscular legs.

"I'm a stocky guy (5'11, 240ish). These pants are well made and comfortable. However, if you have thick quads, you're going to have to go up a size or two from your normal. I usually wear a 34"x32" and these were tight in a 36" waist. So, be warned that you need to go at least one size larger than you wear in other pants."

Best Cargo Pants for the Money

"Loaded with well-organized storage space, rugged material that still feels comfortable, and still manages to not look overly tactical. I wear the black ones doing casino security and in casino floor lighting, they look way more like slacks than tactical cargo pants. Great if you need functionality without looking like a Tactical Timmy."

Great pants, a little tight

"The pants are great for the price, but they are a little tight. Make sure you don't get a size too small, or you will definitely feel it."

Great Pants

"The pants I bought fit great. Just keep in mind to buy them at least a size bigger because if you buy your size they may fit small. The fabric on the pants are great and the movability and breathability of the pants are great. I recommend them and would definitely buy them again."

Argelis B. (5/5)

Great pant

"Been wearing these pants for 12 hour shifts while on patrol. Fit is great and pants seem to be holding up very well."

Excellent product. Excellent quality

"As always I am happy with my purchases from LAPG"

BEST EDC PANTS!

"I bought these pants since they are less baggy than the Atlas pants and the pockets are much better than the Wrangler All Terrain pants. I bought them a size smaller since i am losing weight and cant wait until i get to wear them everyday! The cargo pocket zippers are phenomenal just like the Atlas pants!"

Neil D. (5/5)

Excellent all around pants

"These pants are great. They are comfortable enough to wear around all day, and also practical for duty use without being super baggy. They look casual enough to wear off duty too. I love the dedicated tool pockets. They are also very durable, I've worn mine daily for several years and they're still going strong. They used to offer a shorts version, which was awesome since I could carry everything in the same place no matter what I wore."

Love these pants!!!!

"I usually hate pants because I stay hot in them but these have a good air flow and are cooler."

Stanley L. (5/5)

Comfortable, good pocket and belt

"Comfortable, good pocket and belt loop layout. Only issue is my credential case will fit into the rear inside pocket, but nearly impossible to remove. . . needs to be just a tad wider."

Q&A

Will multicam ever be restocked, specifically, 36/30?
Great question. Not seeing any listed on inbound PO's for the near future at the moment. We still may get some, but it could be a while.
Looking for an alternative to the Core Stealth Cargo pants that are no longer in stock. Are these similar? Do they have a similar fit?
The are fairly similar. They have a bit of different material composition, so their feel and stretch to them won't be exactly the same but are a great alternative.
There's a few pants I want to purchase, including these BFE's, but none are available on 46 waist. Any reason why there's no offerings past 44 waist?
We have had 46, 48 and 50 in unhemmed options in the past, for various pants. We may offer these down the road again though.
I need men’s size 28x32 tactical pants.
Try our https://lapolicegear.com/lapg-urban-ops-tactical-pants.html or https://lapolicegear.com/lapg-core-cargo-pants.html
Is "sierra" color like a Ranger Green type of color, or is there some known color it's attempting to simulate?
It is similar but Sierra is more brown.
Did you stop making in 28 waist or are you just currently out of stock?
We have moved size 28 to our closeout section. They are available here: https://lapolicegear.com/lapg-bfe-stretch-tactical-pant-closeout.html
Are these pants water resistant?
Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. These pants are Teflon coated, which is designed to repel dirt & liquids.
do these pants have knee pad pockets
Hello, No, these pants do not come with knee pad pockets.
Do these have the elastic in the waistband like the Atlas pants? Atlas have been my go-to for a couple years now but I really like these.
Hello, They do not have an elastic waist band, however they do have a bit of a stretch in their material. It should have room and feel comfortable in your waist.
