"The blade end opposite of the tip is too long which prevents the lock from engaging. It appears they attempted to fix it by filing it down but it wasn't enough. Knife is useless but I still have the window breaker and seatbelt cutter."

Good knife for a bad situation

"This knife has what you need if you find yourself trapped by your car's seat belt or window. The seat belt blade is sharp and is at the right angle to cut through any seat belt out there. Knife also has a metal tip for car window breaking. Good overall grip as well as a sharp, folding blade."

Q&A

I ordered one of these in January and the spring assist spring just broke and fell out. Do you provide warranty support for these? If Not, who does? It claims a 1-year warranty but I don't know who to contact.

Is this Humvee tactical recon with Spring Assist legal to carry in Los Angeles County?
Knife laws differ from state to state, county and city, so we recommend you ask your local authority on that to find out for sure. Most everything is Illegal in California, so I wouldn't be surprised. It's a liability issue if we tell you the wrong answer and we are not a legal authority.
