Is there a sizing chart available for this item?: unfortunately no this item does not have a sizing chart associated with it. it does run a bit larger to be worn over clothing though so most people tend to stay with normal sizes.
The pictures are of 3 different vests. Which picture belongs to this page?: The 3rd photo shows the way the pockets on this vest currently are.
Does it have large pockets on the inside, if yes how many.: Yes these have two pockets inside.
Can you tell me the size of the pockets? How is the sizing, is it made to wear over body armor, or would I just order really big?: sizing would be a bit larger for over normal cloths wear but if you were ordering to go over a carrier then you would need a larger size.
