"The question is whether this pouch will do the job, or whether you have to pay twice as much and get the bomb-proof Maxpedition product. To me the Condor is well-enough constructed, so I am happy with it for the price. It did not come with a shoulder strap, however, which is kind of bogus."

Good Pouch for Camelbak

"Works very well with the 1L Camelbak bottles. Keeps them from sweating and makes ice last a lot longer in them. The outside pocket is big enough for me to put my phone into or throw in some drink packets or bottles of Mio. Insulation on the inside is very nice but not too thick and doesn't seem to absorb any moisture."

Q&A

Purchase option is ATACS but displays ACU. Is the item that is sold ATACS or ACU?: If you select A-TACS, you will receive an A-TACS pouch. Condor has stopped producing their items in the ACU pattern, so this pouch in ACU is discontinued.
Will the Maxpedition 32 oz aluminum bottle fit in this pouch?: yes this item will carry the 32oz bottle from Maxpedition.
Will this fit a liberty bottle?: We do not have any Liberty Bottles to test the fit, and to our understanding, they come in different sizes so we could not say if yours would fit or not. However, if your bottle falls within the dimensions that are on the product page, it will fit in this pouch.
Will this pouch fit a 32 oz hydro flask water bottle?: The bottle pouch is 10" x 4", so if your water bottle fits in those dimensions, it will fit in this pouch.
Is there a way to use it as a drop down leg rig?: It can attach to any MOLLE panel so if you were using something like this: http://www.lapolicegear.com/511-tactical-thigh-rig.html Or another drop-leg holster then it will work for your purposes.
Does the pouch come in ACU like in one of the pictures?: Unfortunately, Condor is phasing out the ACU pattern and we do not have any in stock. We are unable to get this pouch in ACU.
Is this MOLLE compatible, that is to ask, are there attachment straps?: Yes, the first picture on the second row of pictures shows that there are 2 semi rigid straps so that you can weave this through molle and snap it in place.
Will this fit 40oz Klean Kanteen water bolttle?: this item is 10"H x 4"Diameter so if your bottle is within this size then yes it would fit just fine.
Still wondering if LAPG will carry the Multicam, MA40-008 version of this water bottle carrier. It doesn't appear to be discontinued: we have sent this off to our purchase department to check into this but they have not gotten back to us it appears. we will contact them again on this matter to see if this is still available and if we can have it added to the site.
Why does the price almost double when u pick multicam?: Unfortunately Multicam is a more expensive material.
Will this fit a hydroflask type bottle? If so what size?: The bottle pouch is 10" x 4", so if your water bottle fits in those dimensions, it will fit in this pouch.
Will this item fit a 32oz Nalgene type bottle?: Yes, this Condor Water Pouch will fit a 32oz Nalgene Bottle.
