Can the Motorola XTS 5000 radio series fit this holder?: This had elastic straps to make this an universal radio holder. Your radio should be able to fit in here.
will this fit my nylon duty belt: This Blackhawk Radio Carrier will fit duty belts up to 2.25" in width.
How do you actually put the together the actual holder? When i purchased this it was not put together. I tried putting it together but it just looks like a strap.: Pulled one from the warehouse to take a look and based on what I can see this would be very difficult to put together if it was to be taken apart or in your case sent not put together. The wrap around strap with the hook and loop material needs to double back through the loop at the end of the bottom strap. You might be able to get away with going through the strap once and putting the hook and loop material together over the top of the loop.
