"I have a rigger's belt that needed to be replaced (over 10 years of use) so I looked for the same belt. I found a few different options from Blackhawk, and noted that there is kydex sewn into this belt. I use a homemade suspender setup and thought this belt might be rigid enough for the suspender attachments. I am not disappointed as after a long shift at work, the belt has very little folding or bending. I usually wear a duty belt but I have used this belt for concealed carry with a large holster/firearm with no issues. I highly recommend this belt to those who need a rigid belt."

Great Belt at a Great Price

"Only two issues with this belt. I wear a 40 waist pant and carry IWB, so I bought the Large 1.75 belt figuring the extra size would make up for carrying IWB. The belt was beyond too long. The running end of the belt was almost at the small of my back. I kept the belt because the inside of the belt has pile so that I can still use it when I compete in matches. I then ordered the Medium 1.75, it works, just would like it to be 3 longer and it would be perfect. If Blackhawk would have the belts made to have the pile on the outside of the belt run longer than just a few inches it would solve the huge size gap between Med and LG."

"Received my order, and immediately tried this on. As I carry IWB, I went with the medium, which, although it fits, I should have gone with the small. Definitly not a deal breaker, though. This belt is stiff, rugged, and seems like it's gonna last forever. Holds up my full-sized firearm with no sag or flex. I would highly recommend this belt, and I will order another one."

Sir My Waist size is 34 what belt length is recommended for me for the belt type 1.5 - is it small or medium, Also please let me know the total belt length for the Small belt up to 34 inches
From the tip of the buckle to the tip of the belt fully utilizing the hook and loop is about 32.75" You can partially use the hook and loop to bring it up to 34". You should definitely go a size higher, i don't think you will be happy with the length left to adjust this. Hope that helps!
Does this belt have velcro around the outside? Or inside?
No, it's not an inner our outer belt. The only velcro on the belt is to secure the excess nylon when tightening the belt down.
Regarding 41VT11BK the 1.5 regular 34-41 in. I wear 32-34 pants and I carry IWB. I am afraid the size up to 34in. may not be big enough, but also concerned the 34-41in. will be to big. Which size would you recommend?
If your waist size is 34 with out the IWB holster, you will definitely need to get the Medium sized belt for 34" - 41" waists since the IWB holster will add an inch or two.

Yes, the Medium sized belt will be a little too big on a size 32 waist without an IWB holster. If you wanted the belt to fit you without a holster, you would sew on a little piece of velcro which would allow the belt to tighten more.
I wear 42 or 44 pants...will the large work? I am confused on the sizing....
Yes we would say the size large would be the best fitting option for you.
Why is the 1.75" belt not available in a small to medium size? I own the medium, and even on people with a 36" waist, it's still pretty much too big. On my 34" waist, it's simply massive. PLEASE make a smaller size available.

We suggest going with the larger size to give you more play with the belt.
