"This pouch is durable and perfectly molded to a MK-3 size canister. At least one of the similar sized off-brand jogger's sprays didn't fit because the sprayer top was too large, but any standard MK-3 LE type spray fits perfectly. Has a nice fit and finish, and holds snugly on my duty belt."

Does this snap on to your belt or thread through?: You would thread your belt through this. It doesn't look like you would be able to fit a very thick belt through it though, and it will only accommodate up to 2.25" wide belts.
What size holds a 1.8 oz can?: The Medium sized pouch will hold 1.47 oz cans and the Large pouch will be far too big to hold a 1.8 oz can. If your 1.8 oz can has a 1.5" diameter and is about 4.5" tall, it will fit in the Medium pouch.
