A question was asked if this would fit the Smith & Wesson Baton the answer was yes which option should I order 31460 or 31462. I have a 21in. I was thinking the 31462 because it states batons with thicker grips.
Based on what I can see you will want to go with the 31462 to accommodate the grip on the S&W baton.
Would a Stinger DS flashlight fit inside of this?

I am actually using this for a Inova T4 flashlight. which size would be the best fit. I have had one for ten years and it just broke.
The Inova T4 is about 7.9" long, so you would probably want to order the smallest one. I would recommend Model #31460 if that's what you will be using this for.
