Fits a child handcuff?

"I have a few different handcuff models:brands (Peerless and Asp)and they weren’t even close to fitting into this. It’s a nice quality but super small! I have no idea what kind of handcuff work other than one that sized for toddlers. Its a disappointment, I really need a paddle version to work with pants without belt loops."
