Good belt, but not for everyday Patrol

"Bought this recently because my Patrol belt is pretty beat. I don't work patrol currently, so I don't wear a full duty belt very often, but needed a nicer looking belt for a recent Class A uniform inspection. This belt is a little thin overall and it's not double thick on the one end (to better hold a holster in place) like some other belts. For an occasional use belt, Class A and the few occasions I still have to put on a duty belt, it will be fine, but I'd prefer something a little thicker and stiffer for my everyday wear."

What is the difference between the B01 and the B03?: The B03 is half leather lined while the B01 is full lined.
Would you order one a size bigger than your waist size Or the same waist size of your Velcro belt that's under Neath? My waist size is a 32.: If you have an inner belt, you would order that size.
Does the inside buckle attach with 2 hooks or 1?: It attaches with two hooks.
