Some backorder problems
"Note: This is the second piece of a two-item purchase.
After ordering this product and a hat, I was advised that it and the 2nd item were both on back order. Several weeks later I received a confirmation form, or something like that asking if I'd received my order yet.
I did receive the order about 2 months after the initial order date and both products are great, but most of the other companies I deal with would have offered an apology, a discount on the next order, or some kind of follow-up contact, at least.
Both products are great and I have no complaints about them but the the follow-up was disappointing"
