"I thought that buying ANYTHING 5.11 would mean EXACT TACTICAL kit. I ordered the LARGE/XLARGE.... Let's just say it would fit over my motorcycle helmet. It is also super thin. In the Colorado winter of 20 degrees the 13 MPH wind seemed to go right through it up to the point it blew off my head!"
