"I was utterly impressed with the CONDOR sunglasses case.It has a kind of exoskeleton that is robust and rigid to the point that you could sit on it and it wouldn't collapse.The double zipper makes it easier to get into and out of rapidly. My only problem I experienced was something that I shouldn't complain about probably but the molle attachments are so tight I was struggling to the point I quit because I was aggravated.Two hours later I did attach the case to the bag and it looks good.This isnt going to deter me on get another one because the price and quality are hard to beat."

Will an oakley M-frame fit in this case?: It does appear to fit.
Will a pair of Wiley X Rush sunglasses fit in this case?: this case is Size: 7"H x 3"W x 2.5"D. if your glasses fall withing these dimensions then yes they will fit.
Will this product fit on a 2.5in duty belt: This Condor Sunglass Case will not fit a 2.5" duty belt.
What is the maximum size belt that can fit this case?: I tried my 1.75" web belt and it looks like with some work that you would be able to fit that size through it, but it may be more of a pain than what it's worth if you need take it on and off. Anything thicker than a web belt would not work. 1.5" will definitely fit with a web belt.
