how much wt will the soft armor pouch hold?: Unfortunately Condor does not have that information. We do know that this is a very well made pack that could go through the ringer. Condor makes very well made gear
How many liters is this bag?: Unfortunately we were unable to locate the "volume" for this pack

What sling would work with this?: This is a "Sling Bag". A rifle sling would not work on this.
