"I could not adjust the collar at first because the collar is to thick to move through the buckle. I had to undo the collar from the buckle and reinstall it at the length I thought it should be. The collar is thick and the buckle is plastic, the buckle feels stronge enough to hold my Bloodhound when she is pulling."
