QA issues with adjustment screws for vertical/horizontal

"I have two of these identical light/laser units and like them so much, thus I ordered this third unit. However, there was a key difference in that the adjustment screws for vertical/horizontal did not have the yellow/gold ring surrounding the adjustment screw. As such, the tension appeared sloppy and not expected to hold zero (different from my other two units). As a result, I sent this unit back and received full credit quickly. AA++ for LAPG but not certain i would purchase another given the QA or lack thereof by Steamlight. FWIW, I'm a huge fan of Streamlight and purchase many different weaponlights to this day. Not sure i would buy this version again and the light output is already extremely low. Love the green laser though."

Streamlight TLR-4 G - excellent product

"I have this laser/light mounted on both SIG P22#R (five total) series handguns as well as a SIG 1911 and I'm going to mount it on my Glocks (four). Excellent finger-tip control that does NOT otherwise conflict with maintaining point-of-aim with the weapon (i.e., the rocket switch is much better than the push-button type laser/lights that I used in the past). The green laser is very bright and is quite visible even during day time. The laser/light is also short enough that it doesn't protrude way out in front of the muzzle on the P229R. You do have to make sure that the holster that you use properly fits."

"This is a low-level light (good for indoors) and bright green laser that is compact and lightweight, The light-laser assembly comes with: light-laser, bolt, spring, circlip, allen wrench, plastic circlip install/remove tool, and 5 plastic adaptors (to adjust to various guns). The front head unscrews to change the battery. I strongly recommend putting a white towel/shirt down in a clear, well-lit area to start unboxing and changing the adaptors (if needed). I lost the spring within 3 seconds of opening the box."
