"Great product, padding is a hug for my shoulders. No more shifting the carrier around on my shoulders. No adjusts to the straps needed. Works great!"

Worth the money
"I purchased these to replace the old shellback pads on carrier. It was a night day difference. I would definitely recommend these. I just I would have purchased them years ago."

Very nice padding
"Very comfortable compared to what came with my carrier. A little bulky but that extra surface area spreads the load better for me"

Very Comfortable
"Got these for a cheap custom made plate carrier to help make it more comfortable. Since these are velcro of course they fit. But the cushion is extra thick. Like 5 times as thick as a standard backpack strap."

this is the value quality choice
"comfy, functional, good stitching. good value shoulder pads for your plate carrier. perfect to keep your PC straps from chafing your neck. you have to pay a lot more for anything that's just a little bit better. no direct retention, but they don't move around because they are the correct size/geometry, no shifting. plenty of room for cables or hydration. fat pad of hook and loop so they stay closed."

"The padding helps in providing comfort on the shoulders. They seem durable and should last. I’ve only worn my plate carrier for a few hours with the padding. I would buy these again."

Great Pads
"This is my second pair of these pads. I was using my 1st pair of pads and had to switch over to another PC, the increase in discomfort was immediate .These pads reduce fatigue by about 50% and so now I have two pairs for my PCs!"

Thick padding. Maybe too thick.
"Very good padding. Construction is solid also. The padding is pretty thick, so if you are using these for plate carriers with straps that are close together (like my retro concepts slickster) the pads make the straps feel even closer together and the straps tend to rub the neck because they are close."
